Selling and Buying Homes 2015

The Real Estate industry is finally showing some promise as it seems more and more people are trying to become home owners. So many families are beginning to realize that homeownership is very important to their future.

The question is, is this the right time to buy or is this a Landlord's market? Is renting more productive for the time being or should we hurry to the the purchasing table and get that home any home regardless if it's our dream home or not?

In my opinion it's a toss up because on the one hand if you are ready to buy you are just ready, but do no buy any home buy the home even if it's a starter home that you are willing to live with for some years down the road. Be sure it's what you and your family if any are pleased with and it is functional to your situation.

Or the other hand if you can stand to, save as much money as you can in the Bank for your future dream home and continue to rent for as long as you can, for a cheap rent. I know that for a fact in the state of Michigan the city of Detroit any way rents are still at a low. If you run into a potential Landlord that is trying to charge outrageous prices be wise and do an analysis of rents in your neighborhood and if he/she doesn't want to negotiate than shop around and find somene who will.

Well Good luck either way a home is what you make it...bills are priority and family comes first...be blessed!
